Whether you are living in the CBR/UT neighborhood, planning on moving here, considering construction and/or tree removal changes here, or are nearby homeowners in the expanded R-21 zone and want to know more about it, there are many ways to be involved.

Ask Questions

Those planning construction or tree removal projects often want to know more about what needs to be done to stay in compliance with R-21.  Also, neighboring communities to CBR/UT that have become part of DC's R-21 zone may have questions.  Or, you may want to know how you can help.  Please contact us!

Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to help preserve and enhance our unique neighborhood.  It has the added benefit of getting to know your neighbors and community better.  Please reach out and we will find you Committee opportunities that are helpful and engaging!

Donate

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that incurs expenses.  Mostly these are expenses for legal and advisory services that are used when dealing with complex development situations.  We are not a homeowners association so there are no dues but we let you know when financial help is needed.  It is much appreciated!
